This hotel is in excellent location for tourist in this city. Night life and culture are close to this hotel. Staff is very friendly and everything was going on very smoothly without any hassle. I have stayed here at least 6 times in the last 14 months. My last stay was absolutely horrible. The "breakfast" buffet was inedible, cold and wait staff was simply rude.
Customer service was the worst I have experienced -- when I tried to adjust my reservation due to a flight being canceled I was told to do it myself online, but the room type I reserved wasn't available for two rooms.
I give it 2 stars as I know they are better than this stay, but I would seriously have to reconsider my options before coming back- and that is from someone very use to international accommodations.
The saddest thing is the location is perfect for getting around St. Petersburg, especially for the cost.
